If you’ve been on Hilton Head during Heritage Week, you know the energy this island puts out is unlike anything else all year. The golf is world class, the crowds are fired up, and somewhere around Wednesday afternoon the whole place just shifts into another gear. We love this week. We’ve been a part of it for years and every time it rolls around we go a little harder than the last. So here’s what we’ve got planned at Shucker’s for 2026 RBC Heritage Week...

Wednesday, April 15 — Pro-Am Heritage Opening Party

Wednesday kicks things off with our Pro-Am Heritage Opening Party, and this year we’ve got the Wicked Weed Brewing Tap Takeover running alongside it. So if you’re tired of drinking the same thing you always drink, come try something worth talking about. The Nice Guys take the stage at 9 PM and they’re the perfect band to set the tone for the week. Show up, get comfortable... this is just the beginning of our Heritage Week shenanigans!

Thursday, April 16 — 7th Annual Clad in Plaid Costume Party

This one has become a Heritage Week institution and we’re not being modest about it. Seven years of plaid, prizes, and people who really commit to the bit, and somehow it gets better every time. Dig through your closet, borrow something, hit up one of the island's thrift shops... just show up wearing something that would make a Scottish grandfather proud. CornBreD starts at 8:30 PM and they bring the kind of energy that makes a Thursday night feel like a Saturday. DJ PEPINYOSTEP is in town from Charleston and will take it from there and keep the dance floor going as late as we're allowed to go! Thursday night Heritage Week belongs to Shucker’s. That’s just how it is. Plus, you might get to see Tommy in a kilt.

Friday, April 17 — Friday Night Live & Putt Putt in the Parking Lot

Friday Night Live Heritage Edition actually starts off before night time with a happy hour show by The Bozwellz, and our Putt Putt in the Parking Lot Contest gets going at 6:30 PM. We know it might sound silly, but wait until you’re three holes in and taking it way too seriously. Get it out of your system, then come inside because The Chiggers hit the stage at 9 PM and they’re going to make sure your Friday night doesn’t disappoint. Good bands, some golf fun, a solid crowd, and a shuckin’ good time… the perfect Heritage week Friday!

Saturday, April 18 — Heritage Saturdaze Bash

Saturday during Heritage Week on this island is something else, and we’ve built a night around it. We’re starting things late afternoon with The Bozwellz from 5:30 to 8:30 PM, which is perfect if you’re coming straight from the course and you want to land somewhere with good music, a cold drink, and a seat before the crowds really take over. They’re a great band and this happy hour show let's the early-to-bed crowd have some fun, and the night owls get their party started before dark.

Then at 9 PM, Groove Town Assault takes the stage and Saturday night goes to another level. If you’ve seen them before you don’t need us to sell you on it, you’re probably already planning to be here. If you haven’t, just trust us on this one. They play hard, they play late, and they turn Shucker’s into the best Saturday night party every weekend on the island.

Sunday, April 19 — Heritage Week Closing Party

ALL ABOARD! The final round is done, the trophy has a new home, and the island starts to exhale. It's the perfect time for Grateful Dead Tribute Band, Train 102, to pull into the Shucker's Station.  Expect the kind of set that turns into a full-blown trip down Shakedown Street with just a Touch of Grey. This is going to be THE place to be on Sunday night to close of a week of Heritage Week fun!

A Few More Things

We’ve got Happy Hour running from 3:30 to 6:30 PM every day this week, the full menu is available until midnight if you're looking for late night bites, and the bar stays open until 2 AM every night. Heritage Week is not the time to shut things down early, but then again, we never shut down early at Shucker's!
